Tim Skold Born in Sweden is the founder of the bands Kingpin and Shotgun Messiah as well as being a solo artist known simply as Skold. Skold is also a past member, multi-instrumentalist, producer, etc. of the bands KMFDM, MDFMK and Marilyn Manson. He has also performed as a live bassist for Ohgr. Tim has contributed to many videogame (Brutal Legend) and film soundtracks (The Nightmare Before Christmas in 3D) and film scores (Resident Evil) and has done remixes and production for various bands as well. The versatility of his knowledge and capabilities is matched by the breadth of musical styles found in the ouput of his career. It is little known that Tim is also a first-rate graphic and web designer, having created various products and materials for the numerous projects he has been involved in. Sascha Konietzko Born in Hamburg, West Germany is the founder of the band KMFDM. Spawned in 1984, KMFDM pioneered the crossover between techno/dance and heavy metal with their signature industrial sound. Having relocated to Chicago in the early 90's, KMFDM was the pride of Wax Trax! Records when the label was at its peak. Rapidly evolving year by year through intense experimentation and touring, the band has redefined themselves with each new release. Over 24 years of non-stop effort toward KMFDM has somehow still afforded him the time to be involved in several other projects (MDFMK, Excessive Force, Schwein, KGC), as well as to make a name for himself as producer, remixer and publisher. |
